High efficiency beneficiation technology of nickel molybdenum ore
A high efficiency mineral processing technology scheme of nickel molybdenum ore is: thermal field, strong ultrasonic or microwave strong physical field is introduced to pretreat and decarburize the ore, adding high efficiency activator to activate nickel and molybdenum, and then use kerosene or xanthoxylate to collect. Mixed nickelmolybdenum concentrate with nickelmolybdenum grade of 5-8% and recovery rate greater than 75% can be obtained by treating low grade nickelmolybdenum ore of 0.5 to 2% with the technology of the invention, which can fully meet the requirements of being used as metallurgical raw materials in the joint process of smelting and smelting, and provides a new way for efficient utilization of nickelmolybdenum ore resources in refractory black rock series.
Title claim:
An efficient beneficiation technique for nickel molybdenum ore is characterized by the recovery of nickel molybdenum ore through the following steps:
a. Grind the ore to a particle size of -0.074mm accounting for 50% ~ 90%;
b. Strong physical field pretreatment decarburization: add fresh water to pulp concentration of 10% ~ 50%, with thermal field, ultrasonic or microwave three kinds of strong physical field pretreatment after flotation decarburization;
c. Pulping activation: Adjust the concentration of pretreated pulp to 20%-50%, and first add 10-1000 g/t copper sulfate, 10-6000 g/t oxalic acid, sodium carbonate or ammonium bicarbonate as activators. The four activators are used alone or in combination. Add 50 ~ 2000 g/t sodium sulfide.
d. Flotation collection of nickel molybdenum ore: adding 10 ~ 2000 g/ton kerosene or 10 ~ 800 g/ton Xanthate as collector, adding 10 ~ 200 g/ton 2 # oil as foaming agent, flotation recovery of nickel molybdenum ore, in which kerosene or Xanthate used alone or combined.
