Recently, our company’s flagship custom‑made equipment—the Φ1.8×36-meter large‑scale pyrolysis reactor for waste tires—has successfully completed fabrication, in‑plant trial assembly, and full‑machine integrated commissioning. All technical specifications, operational performance, and safety parameters comply with national industry standards and the equipment’s design requirements, marking the official completion of this large‑scale pyrolysis unit and its transition into the delivery and acceptance phase.
This pyrolysis reactor has been specially optimized for large-scale solid-waste pyrolysis operations. Its vessel is fabricated from 310S/304H stainless steel and employs precision segmented rolling, effectively addressing the challenges of eccentricity and deformation inherent in a 36-meter-long cylindrical shell, thereby significantly enhancing operational stability and overall structural integrity. The welds are produced using automated welding processes, with each seam subjected to nondestructive testing, resulting in markedly improved sealing performance and safety. The equipment is designed to reliably support continuous high-temperature pyrolysis operations over extended periods. 
To ensure delivery quality and shorten the on-site installation timeline, this equipment was pre-assembled and undergoes integrated commissioning at the factory, encompassing tests such as the drive system, sealing performance verification, and no-load trial runs.
Currently, the reactor has undergone anti-corrosion treatment, passed comprehensive quality inspection, and undergone performance optimization. The equipment is in excellent condition and meets all requirements for shipment. Upon completion of the final acceptance procedures, it will be promptly dispatched to the site for on‑site installation and commissioning, supporting the customer in establishing a standardized, environmentally friendly, and highly efficient pyrolysis production line for the resource recovery of waste tires.
