Recently, the steel‑structure platform for the pyrolysis reactor, custom‑manufactured by Chaoyang Heavy Machinery Equipment Development Co., Ltd. for Kazuo Xinghe Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., has successfully passed workshop completion acceptance and been neatly loaded onto transport vehicles. It has now been dispatched to the project site and will soon be installed on‑site. This project leverages advanced modular intelligent manufacturing processes, supported by standardized production, end‑to‑end quality inspection, efficient delivery, and prefabricated construction, thereby achieving dual improvements in quality and efficiency and ensuring the smooth and rapid advancement of the client’s environmental protection initiatives.

  

Compared with the traditional on-site welding construction approach, this steel‑structure platform was entirely fabricated in the workshop using a modular prefabrication process. Based on equipment operating conditions and the site layout, the company divided the entire platform into standardized, independent modules. All components—including main beams, columns, maintenance platforms, and guardrail stairways—underwent cutting, welding, forming, anti-corrosion treatment, and pre‑assembly in the workshop, free from the constraints of outdoor weather and site conditions. This ensures precise component dimensions and consistent fabrication processes, thereby guaranteeing product quality right from the outset.

Throughout the entire production process, comprehensive quality‑control measures are rigorously implemented, establishing a closed‑loop quality‑assurance system that includes re‑inspection of raw materials, nondestructive testing of welds, dimensional verification, coating inspection, and preliminary overall acceptance. The quality‑control team provides end‑to‑end oversight and validation, with all process and test documentation systematically archived in accordance with industry standards. This ensures that the platform’s structural integrity, load‑bearing capacity, and resistance to deformation remain stable and reliable, meeting the demanding operational requirements of long‑term equipment use.

During the delivery phase, a split‑modular transportation approach is employed. Components are sorted and packaged according to the on‑site assembly sequence, clearly labeled, and loaded in an orderly manner with secure fastening, effectively preventing impacts and paint damage during transit. The standardized, modular loading process is streamlined and highly efficient, ensuring rapid loading and delivering equipment safely and on schedule to the construction site.

   

On-site construction employs a modular, prefabricated assembly approach, relying primarily on bolted connections. This significantly reduces on‑site hot work, effectively mitigating safety risks and environmental impacts, thereby aligning with the stringent requirements of environmentally‑friendly project management. Moreover, this method eliminates numerous on‑site processes such as welding, grinding, and secondary corrosion protection, resulting in streamlined, efficient installation and a substantial reduction in the overall construction schedule, thus accelerating project commissioning and production.
