In case of long-term downtime or use of faults, the machine can be cleaned, no water need to be drained, and maintenance and repair are convenient.

Reduce settlement, eliminate blockage

The degassing tank and the serrated overflowing weir are built inside to prevent the solid particles from adhering to the air bubbles, improving the local suction phenomenon and greatly increasing the sedimentation zone; at the same time, changing the traditional horizontal feeding material as the inclined feeding material, fundamentally eliminates Feeding blockage problem. The deep feed of the center is adopted, and the advection sedimentation reduces the sedimentation height of the material and reduces the kinetic energy of the solid phase particles. The machine has a central agitation device, and the material does not solidify when the underflow concentration is increased.

The concentrator (concentrator) is generally mainly composed of a bridge frame, a concentration tank, a truss, a transmission device, a steady flow tube, a lifting device, a feeding device, a discharging device, etc., and the steady flow tube is installed under the bridge frame, the inlet port Connected to the steady flow tube, the material enters the steady flow tube through the inlet port and enters the concentration tank. The motor drives the main bearing to rotate, which drives the truss to rotate. A certain amount of flocculant is added to the slurry material in the concentration tank, and the truss is rotated. Under the action, the ore particles in the slurry are formed into flocs, and the sedimentation speed of the agglomerated materials is accelerated, thereby realizing the concentration of the slurry and achieving the purpose of improving the concentration efficiency.
