The DMC290 bag-type pulse dust collector is a new generation of high-efficiency equipment launched by Chaoyang to address the needs of industrial dust control. Its core advantages include:
Modular Design: It adopts a split structure, and the hopper and support legs support flexible on-site assembly, adapting to the needs of different workshop space layouts.
Intelligent Dust Removal System: Relying on pulse jet technology, it controls the blowing cycle and intensity through PLC, with a dust removal efficiency of over 99%, significantly reducing operating resistance.
High-Temperature Corrosion Resistance Treatment: For high-humidity and corrosive dust environments, the equipment uses anti-corrosion coatings and high-temperature filter bags to ensure long-term stable operation.
Energy Saving and Environmental Protection: The processing air volume covers 3000-30000 m³/h, and the emission concentration is below 10mg/m³, meeting the requirements of ultra-low emissions.
