Recently, Liaoning Xintai Molybdenum Industry reached a cooperation agreement and signed a contract with our company regarding the renovation of a rotary kiln. Xintai Molybdenum Industry mainly engages in the production of molybdenum products and has production capabilities such as roasting, smelting, and deep processing of molybdenum. It is a relatively influential medium to large scale molybdenum enterprise in the industry. Xintai Molybdenum Industry has decided to sign a relevant contract with our company after multiple investigations on the equipment renovation for the production of molybdenum trioxide by ordinary rotary kiln roasting.
At present, the main production methods for molybdenum trioxide in China are fluidized bed furnaces and rotary kilns. Due to the huge investment in fluidized bed furnaces, most manufacturers cannot accept them. Rotary kiln roasting is commonly used to produce molybdenum trioxide, but this process has certain defects, mainly including the following two issues: 1. unstable product quality and large fluctuations in molybdenum trioxide content. 2. The product is not ideal and cannot meet the required design specifications.
Due to the immaturity of the current ordinary kiln production process, there are many imperfections in the finished product. In response to this situation, our company has provided a solution through communication and cooperation with Xintai Molybdenum Industry Co., Ltd. There are two main methods: 1. Technical transformation on the original equipment. 2. Added bubble heat exchange device.
The purpose of doing this is to cool down molybdenum oxide. 2. Improve the quality of molybdenum oxide. 3. Achieved heat recovery
The improved equipment can not only produce molybdenum trioxide, but also improve the quality and content of molybdenum trioxide, with a content of over 98%.
