Our company mainly produces four kinds of high weir single spiral and double spiral classifier, sunken single spiral and double spiral classifier, single spiral classifier is divided into two categories: traditional classifier and improved classifier. In the improved classifier, a sand return automatic lifting device is added to the sand return end of the classifier, which lifts the ore discharged at the bottom of the groove to an appropriate position on the wall of the classifier, so as to adapt to the configuration after eliminating the big spoon head with the ball mill. After the big scoop head is cancelled, the power saving of 1-1.5 degrees per ton of ore can be generally avoided, and the frequent maintenance of the scoop head can be avoided, and the wear of the big and small gear of the ball mill can be slowed down. The running rate of the mill is improved, and the power saving effect is obvious. After the removal of the spoon head configuration, there is no influence on the classification performance and grinding ability of the classifier.
