The method of determining the spin direction of ball mill

When the mill adopts the transmission form of asynchronous motor and reducer, there are four kinds of arrangement, including internal right-handed, external right-handed, internal left-handed and external left-handed. When the synchronous motor drives the pinion shaft directly, there are only two kinds of arrangement: left and right. The rotation direction of the mill is determined from the discharge end to the feed direction. The clockwise rotation of the mill is right-handed, and the counter-clockwise rotation is left-handed. Rod mill and tube mill of intermediate ore discharge are not included in this list. When the user orders, should indicate the rotation requirements, otherwise all according to right-handed or external right-handed manufacturing. The identification method of spin direction of ball mill and steel ball mill is shown in Figure 1.
