New calcination technology and quality control of light - fired magnesia

It is a common method to produce light-fired magnesium by calcining magnesite in shaft kiln, which is characterized by long calcining time, high calcining temperature and unstable product quality. The dynamic calcining process is to pulverize magnesite, spray the pulverized dry powder into the furnace at the top of the calcining kiln, instantly realize rapid heat transfer, and the finished calcining material is discharged from the bottom of the tower. The dynamic calcining process overcomes the phenomenon of underfiring and overfiring caused by the large block and long calcining time of magnesite in shaft kiln calcining process.
