On January 17, 2022, the main equipment Φ3x50 meter rotary kiln of 35 tons per day molybdenum oxide project of Jinda Molybdenum Industry was successfully closed. The principal leaders and directors of Jinda Molybdenum Company, the general manager of North Korea Redevelopment and all the staff of the project department witnessed this exciting moment.
Because the site is small, hoisting is difficult; In order to ensure the smooth progress of lifting work, the project department has made full and serious preparations, compiled a reasonable and safe technical plan for lifting of rotary kiln, and carried out detailed division of labor for relevant personnel to ensure the smooth progress of lifting work. Under the strong assistance and support of Jinda Molybdenum Industry and the close cooperation and joint efforts of various professionals, the hoisting work which was planned for two days was successfully completed in only one day, which won high praise from the owner with practical actions.
The Φ3x50 meter rotary kiln installed this time is the largest carbon free molybdenum concentrate roasting rotary kiln in China. The rotary kiln is independently developed by our company, providing users with one-stop "turnkey engineering" services from design, manufacturing, installation and debugging.
The smooth closure of rotary kiln marks the project construction into a new stage of installation.
