On March 21, 2023, Yu Danmei, Director of the Social Development Department of Liaoning Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and Yuan Zhenwei, a fourth level researcher of the Social Development Department of Liaoning Provincial Department of Science and Technology, visited Chaoyang Heavy Machinery Equipment Development Co., Ltd. for inspection and research. Leaders including Gao Peng, Director of Chaoyang Science and Technology Bureau, Ma Chao, Deputy Director, Ni Shuguo, Chief of Rural and Social Development Department of Chaoyang Science and Technology Bureau, and Wu Lidong, Deputy Director (Director of Science and Technology Bureau) of Longcheng District Industry and Information Technology Bureau, accompanied the inspection and research. Chen Guangping, General Manager of Chaozhong Development, and Professor Dong Hui, Doctoral Supervisor at Northeastern University, attended the reception and exchange.

The research team listened to a detailed introduction on the construction of the company's innovation platform, the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and the cooperation between industry, academia, and research. They also gained a deep understanding of the integration process of high-temperature rapid reduction melting and separation, furnace equipment, and titanium slag enrichment technology, which will lead the project. They highly recognized that this technology will establish a full industry technology chain for the efficient and comprehensive green application of our province's characteristic vanadium titanium magnetite resources, and carry out engineering implementation to demonstrate, lead, and promote the orderly and efficient comprehensive utilization of characteristic mineral resources in western Liaoning, and promote the formation and development of the vanadium titanium characteristic industry cluster in western Liaoning.
