A slat conveyor that uses a series of slats attached to a traction chain to transport material in a horizontal or oblique direction, with a single piece of steel plate hinged into an endless belt as a traction and load bearing member of the conveyor. The bearing surface has a transverse spacer placed in the groove. The drive belt in the box transports the coal scrape out by means of a spacer.
Technical performance and characteristics
The trough tray is continuously fixed in series on the endless chain, and the chain is subjected to the traction force of the conveyor running, and the trough disc is used as a carrier for conveying materials to form a trough-chain conveyor belt. The conveyor belt bypasses the head sprocket and the tail redirection wheel, and the sprocket meshes to drive the chain, and the conveyor belt is dragged to continuously circulate along the fixed track along the roller at the bottom of the trough. The material is loaded at the receiving point, and is taken along the belt to be removed to realize the distance transportation of the material.
