Used for melting and preparing poly (meta) ammonium vanadate to produce flake vanadium pentoxide;

The production capacity meets the needs of the enterprise, with G=5t/d to 24t/d or higher;

Wide range of fuels used: coal, gas, natural gas, fuel oil, etc;

It can be melted under low temperature conditions, t=850 ℃~900 ℃. The molten flue gas is directly used for the drying and pre decomposition of ammonium polyvanadate, with high heat utilization;

The system is easy to operate and has a low failure rate;

The total recovery rate of the system is high, η≥ 98.5-99%, environmentally friendly.
