Chaoyang Heavy Machinery Equipment Development Co., Ltd. welcomed a thrilling skills competition - the Welding Competition. The purpose of this skills competition is to showcase employees' professional skills, promote technical exchanges, and enhance team collaboration. Participants gather together to compete on the same stage, showcasing excellent business skills and the spirit of craftsmanship that strives for excellence.

This skills competition consists of two parts: theoretical examination and practical operation examination. The theoretical exam mainly tests the participants' mastery of general theoretical knowledge and safety production operating procedures for welders. The practical part includes two methods: manual welding and oxygen welding, and on-site assessment of the participants' technical ability in handling common welding assemblies.

In the theoretical exam, the contestants concentrate, carefully examine the questions, and answer them cautiously.

The practical exam is divided into two types: handle welding and oxygen welding. On the field, the players operated in an orderly manner according to the regulations, fully demonstrating their good professional ethics and solid skills in operation. The on-site welding machine roared, the arc light radiated, and the atmosphere was tense and intense, but efficient and orderly. Each contestant used eighteen martial arts techniques to complete the welding practice with an attitude of excellence.

Subsequently, undergo strict evaluation by the judges during on-site practical operations. The judges carefully evaluate the misalignment of the welded joint, the width of the weld seam, the excess height of the weld seam, surface cracks, surface pores, arc pits, undercutting, and other aspects, and select the first and second prize winners!

After intense competition, a total of 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, and 8 third prizes were awarded in two competition projects. The first prize winner will be hired as a technician.
