To further enhance the safety awareness of employees, effectively carry out the company's annual production safety work, and significantly improve the sense of responsibility for production safety among department heads, our company held a production safety training and education meeting on December 13, 2024.
Through various forms of production safety education and training, the company continuously strengthens the overall safety consciousness, enhances the ability to identify hazards, eliminate risks, and prevent accidents, ensuring prevention before disasters and effectively curbing accident occurrences. The general manager proposed at the meeting:
1. Workers' labor protection equipment must comply with national standards; it is not allowed to substitute inferior products for quality ones, and sufficient supplies should be prepared and distributed on time.
2. Employees using open flames and large-scale lifting operations must have emergency plans in place. Standardize emergency management procedures to ensure that all emergency work proceeds in an orderly manner.
3. Electrical work should be carried out by electricians to ensure electrical safety and prevent electrical accidents from occurring.
Chongzhong Development Company has been operating for over 20 years without any major safety incidents, with zero minor injuries this year. However, we still attach great importance to "safety" work.
