Wear‑resistant parts account for a significant portion of operating costs in cement plants. In cement production lines that use limestone, clay, and iron ore as raw materials, wear‑related expenses—and the associated repair and maintenance costs—represent a major challenge for customers. Accordingly, we have developed targeted optimization strategies to maximize the service life of wear‑resistant components, thereby reducing wear‑related costs and minimizing repair and maintenance efforts.
