Introduction to the Smelting Furnace Straightening Machine

As a critical piece of equipment for producing titanium sponge, the smelting furnace is prone to contraction in its high-temperature reaction zone under the influence of temperature and vacuum levels. With repeated use, it can undergo significant deformation, making it difficult to remove the resulting titanium sponge cakes. To address this challenge, our company has designed and developed a novel furnace‑straightening machine.

This straightening machine primarily consists of a support housing, hydraulic cylinders, a main drive wheel assembly, a follower wheel assembly, a guiding mechanism, a support tray, a hydraulic oil station, and a control console. By applying hydraulic pressure to the deformed sections of the furnace body, the device restores the deformation without requiring the furnace to be dismantled, thereby significantly enhancing operational efficiency. It features the following characteristics:
1. The device offers a wide range of correction capabilities, enabling it to straighten cylindrical components with varying diameters.
2. The orthopedic correction area is large, with a maximum axial correction length of 1.5 meters.
3. A well-designed frame structure that remains deformation-free even under repeated pressure;
4. Maximum corrected plate thickness: 50 mm;
5. All‑liquid crystal digital display control system, offering convenient and quick operation;
6. Excellent correction performance; after correction, the number of uses is roughly doubled, yielding significant economic benefits.
