Product Introduction

The FU type chain conveyor is mainly composed of a head section, an intermediate section, an optional section, a tail section, a conveyor chain, import and export materials, and a drive device.

Technical performance and characteristics

1. Large conveying capacity, with a conveying capacity of 15~600m3/h.

2. Low energy consumption for conveying, with the aid of internal friction of materials, the material can be changed from being pushed to being pulled, saving 40% to 60% electricity compared to screw conveyors.

3. The fully sealed casing makes the dust seamless and drillable, providing a hygienic environment, safe operation, and reliable operation.

4. The conveyor chain made of alloy materials and processed by advanced heat treatment has a long service life.

5. The process layout is flexible, and it can be arranged on an elevated, ground, or pit. It can be installed horizontally or uphill (no more than 15 degrees), or installed horizontally and uphill on the same machine. It can also be used for multi-point feeding and unloading.

6. The conveying length is long, and the horizontal conveying distance can reach over 60 meters.

working principle

Due to the characteristics of materials such as internal friction and lateral pressure, the movement of the conveying chain increases the internal pressure of materials in the machine slot and the internal friction between particles. When the internal friction between the material layers is greater than the external friction between the material and the tank wall, the materials flow forward like water along with the conveying chain. When the ratio of the height of the material layer to the width of the machine slot meets certain conditions, a stable material flow can be formed.
