3. The mating surface of the ball mill cylinder flange and the front end cover should ensure good contact, no gaskets are allowed, and the coaxiality tolerance of the two hollow shafts is less than 0.8mm. Large gear ring and cylinder end cover in connection with the assembly correction, should be firmly thrust, good positioning pin, the radial swing of the gear ring is not greater than 0.5mm, the axial swing is not greater than 0.84mm.
4, the ball mill liner plate should be installed according to the end cover, the barrel liner should start from the population, according to the assembly requirements, the screws should be evenly tightened, no water leakage. Main wear scrap standard:
1. Bearing wear is greater than 1/3 of its thickness.
2. Pinion surface wear should not be greater than 30% of the tooth thickness, large ring tooth surface wear greater than 25% of the tooth thickness, can be used on the reverse surface, grinding to 1/2 should be scrapped.
3, tooth ring rim distortion deformation should not be greater than 7.5mm.
4. When grooves and markings are generated on the outer surface of the hollow shaft or local wear on the inner surface of the hollow shaft causes deformation and cracks, etc., the hollow shaft should be replaced.
