The Demonstration Project of Efficient Comprehensive Utilization of Vanadium titanium-magnetite in Western Liaoning jointly developed by Korea Reconstruction Development Company and the State Key Laboratory of Environmental Protection and Ecological Industry of Northeastern University has been included in the 2013 Project of benefiting the People by Science and Technology of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The demonstration project will explore a new way for the efficient and comprehensive utilization of high vanadium titanium and low iron vanadium titanium magnetite in western Liaoning. It will drive the efficient and comprehensive utilization and development of new vanadium titanium-magnetite resources in western Liaoning, accelerate the formation of characteristic industries, and eventually build western Liaoning into a provincial and national characteristic vanadium titanium-magnetite industrial base.
